The MAMJB04-S Series Explosion-Proof Heat Tracing Connection Kits are designed for use in hazardous areas where the risk of explosive gases or dust exists. Constructed from engineering plastics and GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastics), these kits ensure the safe connection of heat tracing cables and provide protection in environments such as oil & gas, petrochemical, and mining.
Certified with Ex eb IIC T6 Gb, Ex ia IIC T6 Ga for gas protection, and Ex tb III C T80°C Db for dust explosion protection, these connection kits comply with ATEX and TR CU safety standards. They also feature IP66 ingress protection, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress.
The kits are designed with a surface resistance of less than 10^8 ohms, providing secure and reliable connections for heat tracing systems in explosive atmospheres.
