Description
The 35 kV solid insulated switchgear is a sustainable power distribution solution designed for medium-voltage networks. By encapsulating all high-voltage components in epoxy resin casting, it eliminates the need for SF6 gas and reduces environmental risk while providing long-term reliability.
The system employs vacuum interrupters and a modular, fully insulated busbar architecture, providing visible isolation and secure earthing during inspections. Each panel integrates closing, isolating and earthing functions to prevent operational errors, and microcomputer protection units enable real-time monitoring and remote control.
Constructed from high-strength Al-Zn coated steel with silicone rubber connectors, the cabinet offers excellent corrosion resistance and touch-safe operation. Its compact footprint and modular design allow easy lateral expansion and flexible configuration for various circuit applications, including cable entry, metering and bus sectionalizing.
Compliant with IEC 62271‑200 standards, the switchgear withstands lightning impulses and short-time currents, ensuring safety in harsh environments. It is ideal for utility substations, renewable energy projects, industrial plants and critical infrastructure that require medium-voltage power distribution with minimal environmental impact.
