The NSW Aluminium Bronze Gate Valve is designed to meet the stringent requirements of industrial, marine, and chemical service applications. Manufactured in corrosion-resistant aluminium bronze and high-alloy cast materials, this valve features a rising stem, outside screw & yoke (OS&Y) configuration, and a choice between flexible or solid wedge discs. Available in sizes ranging from NPS 2" to 48" and pressure classes from ANSI 150 to 2500, it offers superior durability in aggressive environments. Fully compliant with global standards such as API 600, API 603, and ASME B16.34, the valve includes options for RF, RTJ, or BW ends and supports fire-safe and NACE-compliant designs. The design ensures zero leakage, anti-blowout stem, renewable seat rings, and pressure-sealed or bolted bonnet options, making it suitable for high-integrity applications.
