This Class 1500 4" Cryogenic Ball Valve is designed for low-temperature applications, made from A350 LF2 low-temperature steel for exceptional strength and durability in cryogenic conditions. The fully welded body ensures that there are no leak paths, providing a secure and leak-proof design. The extended stem or bonnet is designed to position the stem packing above the cryogenic fluid, protecting the stem seal from exposure to extreme low temperatures.
The valve features butt weld connections for secure, permanent installation and is operated with a gearbox, making it suitable for remote control or environments requiring automated operation. The valve is designed for use in oil, water, and gas systems, operating effectively within a temperature range of -46°C to +200°C.

Fully Welded & Forged Body: Ensures high strength and leak-proof performance for long-lasting operation.
Extended Stem or Bonnet: Designed to protect the stem packing from cryogenic fluids, ensuring smooth operation in low-temperature environments.
Full Port Design: Allows for minimal flow resistance and easy pigging for pipeline cleaning.
Anti Blow-Out Stem: Ensures the valve stem remains secure during operation, enhancing safety.
Antistatic Function: Reduces the risk of static build-up, improving safety during operation.
Automatic Cavity Relief: Prevents over-pressurization within the valve, maintaining safe operation.
Bi-Directional Seat and DBB Design: Ensures reliable sealing in both directions for consistent performance.
Grease Fittings: Equipped with stem and seat grease fittings for easy maintenance and lubrication.
What is the Difference Between Full Bore and Reduced Bore Ball Valves?
Full Bore Ball Valve: The internal diameter of a full bore ball valve is the same as the inner diameter of the pipe. It has little resistance and pressure drop to the flow and is piggable.
Reduced Bore (Standard Port) Ball Valve: The internal diameter is smaller than the inner pipe size, causing flow restriction and pressure drop. It may also cause pigs to get stuck during pipe cleaning.
