The Insertion Doppler Ultrasonic Flowmeter DF6100-EI is designed to measure the flow of liquids containing suspended particles or gas bubbles using Doppler ultrasonic measurement technology. The system determines flow velocity by transmitting ultrasonic signals into the flowing liquid and analyzing the frequency shift of signals reflected from suspended solids or bubbles.
The insertion sensor configuration allows the ultrasonic probe to be installed directly through the pipe wall, enabling reliable signal detection in medium to large diameter pipelines. This installation method supports stable measurement performance in applications where clamp-on sensors may not provide sufficient signal strength.
The flowmeter is suitable for industrial environments where liquids contain suspended solids, aeration, or impurities that make transit-time ultrasonic measurement unsuitable. The design supports continuous monitoring and integration with process monitoring systems.
