The Insertion Type Dual Channel Ultrasonic Flowmeter TF1100-DI is designed for reliable measurement of liquid flow in closed pipeline systems using transit-time ultrasonic technology. The system determines flow velocity by transmitting ultrasonic signals between insertion sensors installed through the pipe wall and calculating the transit-time difference between upstream and downstream signals.
The insertion sensor configuration allows the flowmeter to be installed on medium to large diameter pipelines where clamp-on sensors may not provide optimal signal performance. Sensors are mounted through the pipe wall to ensure stable ultrasonic signal transmission and consistent measurement accuracy.
The dual channel configuration enables the instrument to measure two independent flow points simultaneously or perform comparative monitoring within pipeline systems. This capability supports industrial applications requiring multi-point flow measurement or system verification.
