The Dual Channel Wall Mounted Transit-Time Ultrasonic Flowmeter TF1100-DC is designed for continuous measurement of liquid flow in closed pipeline systems using transit-time ultrasonic technology. The system determines flow velocity by transmitting ultrasonic signals between external sensors mounted on the pipe and calculating the transit-time difference between upstream and downstream signals.
The wall mounted configuration provides a permanent installation for industrial environments requiring reliable and continuous monitoring. The clamp-on sensor design enables non-intrusive measurement without cutting the pipe or interrupting system operation, allowing easy installation and maintenance.
The dual-channel configuration enables the system to measure two independent flow points simultaneously or perform comparative flow monitoring across pipeline systems.
