The DECAR ZZYVP Commander-operated Self-acting Single-seat Pressure Regulating Valve is designed for automatic pressure regulation in pipeline systems using the energy of the process medium. The valve incorporates a pilot (commander) control mechanism that enhances pressure regulation accuracy and stability during operation.
The valve features a single-seat valve structure with a diaphragm actuator. Changes in system pressure act on the diaphragm through the pilot regulator, which adjusts the valve opening to maintain the required downstream pressure. This configuration improves control sensitivity and regulation performance compared with direct-acting self-operated valves.
The commander-operated design allows the valve to maintain stable performance under varying operating conditions and is suitable for applications requiring precise pressure control. The valve is commonly used in industrial process systems including petroleum, chemical processing, power generation, metallurgy, and general industrial pipeline networks.
The ZZYVP series supports multiple valve sizes and operating ranges, allowing the valve to be configured according to system pressure requirements and application conditions.
