The DECAR ZZZY Type Self-operated Double-seat Pressure Regulating Valve is designed for automatic pressure regulation in industrial pipeline systems where external power or control instrumentation is not required. The valve operates by utilizing the pressure energy of the regulated medium to drive a diaphragm actuator, enabling automatic adjustment of valve opening to maintain the required downstream pressure.
The valve features a double-seat valve structure, which provides balanced force characteristics and allows the valve to handle higher flow capacity while maintaining stable regulation. Pressure variations in the pipeline act on the diaphragm mechanism, adjusting the valve position to maintain the set pressure.
This design is suitable for applications involving pressure reduction, pressure stabilization, or pressure control within process pipelines. The valve is commonly applied in industries such as chemical processing, petroleum, power generation, metallurgy, and general industrial utilities where reliable pressure regulation is required.
